A test to determine the preferred representational system
Representative systems are:
- the channels through which we process our experiences and see the world (our senses);
- the sensory perceptions we rely on to make sense of the world – thoughts, feelings, memory;
- the way we organize the information we receive.
This test requires you to trust your subconscious and answer the 12 questions without thinking too much. The first thing that comes to mind is the strongest message from your subconscious.
The result will determine which is your preferred sense(s), how you perceive the world around you, and also which is deficient. The senses are sight
(visual), hearing (auditory), taste,
smell, touch (kinesthetic) and through internal dialogue (auditory digital).
Guidelines for completing the test:
For each of the following situations (12 questions), indicate your preference for each phrase with a number from 1 to 4. Within a question, you may
NOT use the same number twice. If you enter the same number again within a question, the system will alert you of an error.
SO READ THE QUESTION, CHECK THE POSSIBLE ANSWERS AND MARK WITH:
- Least valid for you
- Next valid for you
- Next valid for you
- Most valid for you
If you're having trouble choosing between two phrases, use the first one that comes to mind.
